My oldest walk behind isn't that old compared to some. Its a 1946 bolens gardener. Has the flat handle bars. Runs great. Works pretty good.

I am not sure of the exact year, but the Model C51 SIMAR tillers were made between 1934 and 1937.  Out of 768 units built, mine is the 282nd built..

I have been stepping around this old Kinkade, a model K i think, for quite some time.  I think someone else may need it so they can take part in the oldest walk behind discussion.

Here's my Bolens model D. Its a 1925 from what I've been able to figure out.
IMG_20140609_201059_142.jpg IMG_20140824_193058_832.jpg

It runs but isn't going to be moving anytime soon. Need to find some block chain that doesn't break the bank.

The only walker I have is a '37 Wards single wheel Culti Mower. Its the first model tractor made by Simplicity, and it took some time to track down the correct Lausen 3/4hp for it. I also was lucky enough to find the right Riverside Powergrip tire to replace my rotted one. The engine has been redone and runs great now but I havent found the time yet to strip the bushed on paint job, refinish and replace the tire.
