The family had already eaten till I got home from my last trip, but I still got to eat tonight's dinner. We had a nice salad with red beets, hard boiled eggs and sliced tomatoes. It was finished with a baked potato with bacon and sour cream. Not real fancy, but it sure was good! :bounce:

Well Grand, as to lunch I just had, I went a lot less fancy than you. Just had turkey bologna sandwich with Cheetos. Can't even remember what we had for dinner last night. lol

Tonight we had burgers and hot dogs on the grill. It was a beautiful day here in south central PA. Temperature in the upper 70's and low humidity. Daniel I know what you mean about remembering what you had the night before. With your busy schedule I know it has to be tough to even sometimes get a meal.

I'm afraid that has never been an issue. That's why I'm having to lose the pounds! LOL Tonight we had BBQ chicken wings (store BBQ), fresh green beans from the garden, and small portion of mac&cheese.

Nothing too exciting for dinner, last night, but dessert was a real treat! I bought a Hawaiian ice machine, last week, and tried it out for the first time. Shaved some frozen lime-aide and topped it with a bit of diet coke. It was great! Not too many calories, so this will be my dessert item for the summer. I've shed 40 of the 75 pounds I want to lose. :bounce:

Got off "early" from work, so I grilled some fat little ribeyes and a few bloomin' bacon & cheese onions

Sounds delicious!
One of the things I miss about living in western NY is the availability of fresh brats, kielbasa, Italian, etc. sausages there.

Tonight we had pulled pork, beans and slaw from a local BBQ joint.
