Finally got home and put a new belt on and still haveing the same problem . So I took the clutch break pedel apart and that was the problem so I sanded off all the rust off the pedel rod and cleaned up the sleeve it slides through anti sez it and put it back together and now everything is free and moving like it did when it was new
