I have for sale a 1983-420 garden tractor, 20 HP Onan (B48G) with 1337 hours: Includes front grille guard/weight bracket, rear starter weights, front wheel weights, Ruegg 3-pt, rear remote hydraulic outlet, 3-pt weight bracket w/1-1/4" receiver tube & hydraulic boom & 1-1/4" receiver bolted to drawbar. Some spare parts: new aftermarket starter, firewall insulation & whatever else I find before it's sold.

Tractor is in good condition, although I've never been certain that the differential lock works! No leaks! A little smoke at start-up, but clears quickly!

Price also includes 60" deck:

Deck is in good usable condition, does have some repair welds from previous owner driving over it to mount it on the tractor.

Nice 420. Not sure what they are worth though. 3200 seems like a lot.

Consider the price of the 3-pt, rear hydraulic outlets, weights & extras, it adds up in a hurry!

$3200 is fair, it would easily bring that here.

Not really, I enjoyed it, but was ready for it to go.  When I bought it, I'd sold Dad's 1958-720D ES, Just wanted a big garden tractor.  After I bought the 790, I mostly used the 420 for pushing snow & a plow day/year.  Now I have the 53-40 to use for those tasks, everything has it's place!
