Authorized Clinton Air Cooled Engines Service Center.

Well, maybe not.

But I finally have the shingle to prove that I am indeed an authorized Clinton Dealer, if the company ever decided to magically resurrect.

If I get a nice day to get outside, I'll get a better shot in natural light, and you never know.  It might just become my profile picture.  :dancingbanana:

Here is your test question; what's the largest engine Clinton ever made?

Here is your test question; what's the largest engine Clinton ever made?

I'll tell you if you tell me if you really know the answer.  :D

My books says the largest production 4 stroke real engine was the 2790 Red Horse.  I have never seen one live but would love to lay violent hands on.  It was 10.3 horsepower in its last evolution.

The go karters could modify the old E65 (specially built for racing) to all sorts of obscene "power" ratings.

Biggest I heard of was a 9.9hp outboard engine

That would be the K-990.

Awesome. Next time I buy a new Clinton, I'll insist that all warranty work

be done by you Ben.

Just a FYI, the labor rate on your warranty card is also no longer valid, Will. :poke:  I do have all the paperwork though to submit warranties, a whole NOS pad of them.

Very cool Clinton Engine sign Ben. Can't wait to see a better pic of it in sunlight. Would make for a great profile pic.

Today would have been a great day, but I got home too late (like normal).  This weekend might be the end of the ol' Farmall in the picture.

Ya'll might not know who I am.

Great Sign, You definitely are the clinton king!

There are a lot of people with a lot more knowledge than me, but I do love them.

Cool! Now find a carb for my old Clinton!

Gimme some info and you'll never know.  I have a box of NOS carbs and a couple boxes of salvage carbs.  It all depends on what you have, though.  Some are pretty rare.
