I wonder if there will no longer be the traditional white hooded Cub Cadets?

I kind of like it, but not as much as the original Cub Cadet color scheme.

The square nose with the yellow reminds me of the General Electric tractors. But I'm already getting use to it.

Looks OK, it's not your "Father's Tractor" anymore!  One thing about late models is the short, cut-down hoods. These are at least taller in front, but real short, and WIDE for the big twins used now days. Think the grill needs to be silver or some silver trim on it or ??

Man! That's almost as ugly as the new Craftsmans.

I think and hope that's just for the new XT Enduro series line. The Cub Cadet website still shows the yellow/white tractors for the LT LTX LGT LGTX GT and GTX line.  I hope they don't change it to all yellow i like the two tone better.        Stewart

I don't like it. Although, I'll never buy a cub so I guess I won't have to worry haha

Not my cup of tea.

But then again, they don't say IH on the hood any more.  They lost me there.

I'm laughing over the fact that Cub offers an app to allow your lawnmower to text you important information.  We've come to the point of where we have smartmowers, too, I guess.

Imagine the texts you could get:

"The oil is due for a change, and I will text you until you do it."

"You dumb driver!  You just bent my blade!"

"Don't you think we scalped that ditch good?"

It probably has on board GPS, and if it detects any erratic driving, it'll text

a DUI alert to the federallies.

Or texts like this:

"My oil is low".

"It's below the add mark!"

"I'm over heating!"

"Hurry, turn me off!!"

"I'm about to lock up!!!"

"Call your local dealer about a replacement lawn mower"

Personally? I like the new color scheme. I just saw one (think it was an XT2) with the new color scheme a couple weeks ago in person. Let me tell you, they look a lot better in person than they do in photos. Maybe the company decided to stop looking back and decided to market to a new consumer instead of the collector. Just think what it’s like to stay relevant in a world of low quality and less expensive riding lawn mowers i.e. Craftsmen and the like. With all the different models of Riders out there somehow you need to stand out by making changes so consumers will notice. We’re talking about the XT series - right? I like the new grill and the black stripe across the side of the new hood. Looks pretty cool in my opinion. Notice the new seats that have been incorporated. Kenneth
