This TESLA assembly line is comparable to all the other automobile manufactures. The use and programming of the robots is truly an engineering marvel.

Also: Here's a short one on the John Deer Garden Tractor assembly line, and there are more videos listed to the right of this YouTube video, also be sure to watch the "Horicon Factory Works" one when you're done:

Amazing. The car is a fantastic accomplishment as well. Elon Musk has very deep pockets. Without the big bank roll this car would never have seen the light of day.

Remindes me of the Dodge ram frame line at AO Smith, run fine until you had a power spike then all the robots would get lost, would take hours for the robot tecks to get it runing again.

I love those tesla cars, 100 year old technology used today and it is changing the world!!!!!!!!  in the next 10 years you will see electric cars all over the world, that or the hydrogen fuel cells.  both are worth the investment if you have the capitol.

Would someone please explain how running an electric car slows pollution overall? You're using electricity that's generated in a standard manor to recharge them, losing 15-20% efficiency along the way, as you virtually always do transferring energy from one form to another. That means you use 15% (minimum), more energy to go the same distance, while creating batteries that will need transportation and recycling. Pay no mind to the guy behind the curtain.
