Have a chance to buy a 42" craftsman that looks like it'll fit on my SS12. We met in the middle at $100. It's a single stage blower that looks to be all there, am I all wet or am I right that this is a reasonable deal? Model 842.260052
:confuse:

Seems reasonable if it functions. I paid that for 42 inch electrak thrower that runs. However varying snow textures are a real problem with single stage units. Just being honest.

I was wrong, it's a 42" SEARS & it's now in my driveway... I'm sure it was designed for bigger tractors than the SS12, but I'm gonna try to fit her up. Looks like the right setup on the frame anyways. Try to get pics tomorrow.
