Seems like they took the "City" theme for the article since it was written by Boston Press.

My bad, your are right, I have never lived in a city so I should not comment.

Just a thought, how about starting a thread dedicated to this theme but country wide ?

I am #4 only not angry, (at least not usually).  Since I am #4 till I get home usually #11 has taken care of my sidewalk and I just have to do my driveway in which case I am then #15.  Then I go to my mother in laws house and become #11 myself.  So I think I wear more than one hat in the winter.

I am the over compensator 100%.  I refuse to touch a shovel unless it is a place I cannot get a Gravely into.

I didn't see the pissed off category, but that's usually me. The older I get the more I dislike it.
