Hope I can remember how it goes back together. :biting_nails: As I paint the parts they go down in the basement away from the shop dust and possible scratches.

I bought one from a guy who tore it apart, painted frame, then lost interest, it was literally a basket case when i bought it, frame and boxes of parts....... It's been 2 1/2 yrs since I bought it, just guessing as I go :loosing_it: +

What you have done looks good so far. I missed out by 1 week on a Wheel horse electric from a family friend. He took batteries out, scrapped it all :wallbanging:

You got that one taken apart for sure, the yellow painted parts look good, what are you using for paint?

Keep use posted on your progress.

Gee, the frames look pretty simple on those. All the metal parts look pretty straight and maybe even easy to duplicate.

I am using a rattle can of paint. I got at a case of it at a garage sale. It's  pretty close to a Hyster or Case Yellow. It looked pretty close on a test piece but now that I have a few parts painted it seems to be a little darker. As long as it is all the same color it will be close enough for me. :D

Nice work so far . Just be careful not to bang the drive motor around much . The magnets can become unglued or even crack . Do not tap the motor with anything for belt tightening .

I have been taking pictures of the wiring as I have taken it apart. If you need these I can probably send them to you in an email.
