I just made a batch of Blue Cheese dip.  I've never made it before, but it sounds like a winner.

4oz blue cheese crumbled.

1 cup sour cream

2/3 cup mayo

Juice of 1/2 lemon

dash hot pepper sauce

1/2 to 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

pepper

I just put it into the fridge to chill overnight.  My arteries are cringing already, but I can't wait to taste it tomorrow after work.

What are you going to dip into it. My mother would make a blue cheese spread and fill pieces of celery. Sooo good! Good Luck, Rick

I'm going to try all sorts of things.  I have some sour dough chips that I think will be best.  I'll try celery too, thanks Rick.

Good Stuff!  I tried your recipe and it's great! I used it on chips and hot wings.  I did add one ingredient, sprinkled some

real bacon bits on top....mmmmm!

I hope that was Maytag Blue Cheese, made about a mile away as the crow flies( they cllosed off 35th avenue years ago on that end).
Many of the well known chefs on the food network insist it is the best Blue Cheese on the market.
You know that would go good with Kennys bbq drumsticks!
