I just made a batch of Blue Cheese dip. I've never made it before, but it sounds like a winner.
4oz blue cheese crumbled.
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup mayo
Juice of 1/2 lemon
dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 to 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
I just put it into the fridge to chill overnight. My arteries are cringing already, but I can't wait to taste it tomorrow after work.
