I've been told it takes a while to get over chemo, our DIL had her last treatment in July and is still having a few issues from it.  Mainly trying to get her strength and stamina back.  Wishing you all the best Brian!  This time next year you'll be back to normal.

Just talked with Brian.  He's feeling some better, but numbness still bothers him, and likely will for some time yet.  His surgery to reverse his colonostomy is Tuesday around 1pm (not sure how long surgery should take).  He can't wait to say goodbye to the colostomy bag!  His Mom & Dad (2nd Dad) are down from Indiana to stay a couple weeks to help take care of him following surgery.  He'll be in the hospital 2 to 3 days just to be sure there is no infection from surgery.

It won't be too long before we have our old Brian back!  :dancingbanana:  :rocker2:  :dancingbanana:   :D

Brian's surgery is in about 1 1/2 hours.  Lets keep him in our thoughts & prayers that all goes smoothly.  It will sure be nice having him posting regularly once he's feeling better.  I sure hope & pray his life SOON returns to feeling great & enjoying life!
