Walked twice yesterday and getting ready for my morning walk in just a few minutes. Was able to make my wife Joey mad yesterday and get her to go home and spend the evening with the girls and sleep in our bed, where I know she got some good rest. Dr. says that I'm a couple days ahead of schedule right now, so maybe I'll get out of here a few days early.

Attaboy, sounds like you're having some fun too. :smilewink:

That'll help the recovery. As long as she doesn't come back

Brian's wife Joey's words below from earlier today:

Brian's resting in the recliner after a very long walk. We're hoping to get rid of the tubes today and have something to eat. He's anxious for faster progress. The doctors don't give orders fast enough to suit him, so he's getting a little testy.
He's already about three days ahead of where he ought to be in this post-op process... Thank the Good Lord!

I kinda think Brian will go home sometime over the weekend with his quick progress.  I hope he can anyway.  Not much good rest inside a hospital.....not much at all!
