Wow you've dropped the pounds!  Good to hear you're doing so well.  Being tired is a for sure thing, so pace yourself wisely.

I've lost about 27lbs since my surgery Nov 3rd, down to 210lbs. hoping to keep dropping a little bit as I go and get back down to a good weight for my height, 175 to 185. Keep me in your PRAYERS if you can, they all are heard and answered !!

Wow I need to loose weight but I don't want to use your diet plan.

Hang in ther.e

You will be able to keep the weight off, Brian, especially with a GOOD diet! I don't watch what I eat well at all, just less. I lost 54 lbs 4 years ago mainly because I couldn't eat, but while healing up only 17 or 18 came back on. Still a little over where I should be but a big difference anyway!

For you guys that want to lose weight. I am going to sound like an infomercial here but weight watchers will shed pounds off you and teach you to eat healthy portions. I lost almost a 100 pounds. 270 down to 180.

Hang in there man. We are all pulling for ya!

We have survived 2014 and now on into 2015 with nothing but positive thoughts and attitude. I have already beat this cancer and I am just going thru the paces to see it thru. Mom and Dad headed back to IN yesterday and I worked a good hard full day to get a job half way finished while my neighbor's plant is shut down over the holidays. Working tomorrow to finish up the job I hope, or I will finish it Saturday if not. It felt good to put in a good day at work and not be wore out at the end of the day.

That's great to hear Brian. I will continue to pray and wish you a prosperous new year. Maybe when you get to your parents this year you can bring a HD12 for me to play with ( I am just 4 or 5 miles up the road you know.) :D  :smilewink:
