And I can add that when I proposed we all pray at noon, I had not yet heard about the visit you were to have today.  I can already see God's hand in this.  Keep your spirits up Brian.  It helps a lot.

Brian, I have had that port put in and chemo in past. Port is really better as veins get weak from the chemo.  Chemo makes you lose hair, all good foods taste like crap, and might be tired often. Not sure of stages of Cancer, but parts of bowels can be removed and you still function if needed if that is option. Have made advances of these treatments in past years. Even the Stem Cell treatment I did is not older fashioned and they do other things. I have been 10yrs healed, so far.  Best thing to do is just "Go with the flow" and go along with all the treatments w/out questions, let the Dr. do the work. I don't believe in "Natural" food and other treatments myself, but who knows for sure?  Hope it goes well, will be watching this thread.

85% is a great number and with you being tough as nails, I figure that bumps you up to 99.9%.     Keep that positive attitude Brian, and you'll be halfway to healed.  I know it's gonna be a tough road, but I also know you CAN do it in stride.  You have a family that loves & needs you, so that alone is motivation enough.

Keep the faith my friend, we will be wrenching & playing with our tractors together before you know it!

Sounds like you have a good plan.  If you decide to go with the natural diet and or herbs be sure to find someone who has studied and is knowledgeable about them.  I have seen the Natural Diets work and if nothing else they will help you body recover from the other treatments faster.  Wishing you the best and will keep you and your family in our thoughts.

There are so many things in your favour in this Brian. It was found "by accident" so you are able to have it treated, your Dr. sounds like she has a real handle on it and is willing to accept the diet as a tool to use, not ridicule, and the support of all of us will be with you while you are beating this thing.

We moved up the PET scan and I am waiting on my turn to ride thru the tube. I just finished the contrast injection and have to wait 45 minutes to let the stuff circulate thru my body. I have started on a healthy sugar free, animal protein free diet. We will see how I do with that.

, animal protein free diet.

Now that's where I draw the line  :poke:  :bigrofl:  :bigrofl:

Good to hear you are staying positive and changing some lifestyle. I have heard many cancer survivors beat cancer when they have a positive outlook, we know you do not to mention the great healing powers of the All Mighty!!!!

Hopefully you will get some positive results from the scan and this can be cut out and killed off quickly with some chemo and be done with it   :D .
