Mine is the double pulley also with the smaller in front. The angle of the rods covers both, more or less. I tried my blower on the large pulley and it works better. Seems to not slip as much.

i hear what you mean, but mine only lines up with the little pulley, if i tried to hook it up to the bigger one it would be to far back and would rub against the grill were the belt comes up through. i did make a brkt. it took a few adjustments, but i might have it. and what is the double pully for other hook ups.??

There was a hydraulic pump hookup for a log splitter and front loader. The pictures for the pulley kit shows the larger on the outside which allows it to act as the belt keeper for the smaller pulley. The belt can't come off if the smaller one is on the inside. So the pulley can be installed either way for each one to line up with the slot in the bottom of the grill. The keeper you made slides up the front grill slot to the pulley from below with the rods coming close to the pulley's edge, maybe within 1/2" or so.
I also used shim washers to make sure the pulley does not slide front to back. There is some slop on the shaft without washers.
