Was warned for a posting I made that offended many others. Sorry I got out of control and said some not so nice things. I will try to behave and not post my dumb comments on all the postings as I have been doing and keeping my opinions to myself when not constructive. I tried to wright this before, but something crashed it it didn't work, so trying again. Might have to take a break from the site and think of what I have started and come back with better intentions. Thanks for listening.

politics and religion are a given, but where is line so the rest of us will know?

ford/dodge/ chevy, bolens/ john deere/ cub cadet..etc. kohler/briggs/ onan/ tec,?

We all have opinions even on our favorite brand of tractor, not all models live up to our expectations.

I think we all agree that any MTD made in the last 20 years is total junk, but can we say that without being "grounded and sent to our room" because someone may not like it?

A very crude set of remarks was left for the November tractor of the month winner when the winner posted a "thank you" to the membership.  I will not post the actual post deleted as it would just serve to make the winner feel worse.  He won fair & square, and was a deserving winner.  This is coming from myself, who had a tractor of my own in the running.

Apology accepted, I.M.O. Since I wasn't involved I really have no say, but it takes a good man to apologise publically, again I.M.O.

**And with a handle like GlGrumpy isn't that a reason for 'automatic' warning points?!?! LOL    :smilewink:

Grumpy,I get that way too (grumpy and opinionated). I have to either skip some posts (or conversations outside of here) or think long and get my reply right before I speak or type. I think we all have those times and there are a few out there that just live those times. You are not one of those GL so don't let it bother you. You just happen to be human.

Your certainly forgiven GL. There's no need to go away. With all the dumb stuff I come up with, I'm surprised that I haven't been scolded more.

Would not worry too much about it, I post things like that sometimes, as of late it was a lot. It takes a real man to step up and apologize, you have my respect.
