Nice job, looks great.  Did you use a sheet metal brake to do the bending of the diamond plate?  If not, how did you do it?

I did it the hard way, inside is cut to fit, the rails and fenders we put between 2 2x4s and took a rubber hammer and formed the contour as needed

I've done that before and it will work but takes a little patience.  I have a small sheet metal brake that I made that works well but will only handle up to about 24".  It wouldn't work on something like your trailer.

I have one painted black with bedliner  material on the inside that will get the abuse.

Sweet build on that trailer. It really looks great behind that 100.

I'm glad you got another one you can abuse. Like Ben mentioned I would hate to see that one dirty. It does look very nice with the ford. The fenders add a good touch.

Great looking job, but I wouldn't stand between the trailer and the sun, it may cause you to go blind. Love it !!

Tinbender. Do you go to all the Flywheelers shows? I presume you do as you live so close. I will be at the Feb. show if everything falls into place correctly. Will look for you then.....Dave
