We pushed it off for a warmer day. As you know Gabriel, its a little cold for anything right now. This weekend is supposed to warm up and will give a chance to work the saw out.

How about getting a Farm boss and changing out the bar/chain (36"?) for those big jobs..  Then throw the 16" or 18" back on it??

I already have a craftsman with an 18" bar. Though its not a Stihl, it does good for the average cutting. This one is not intended as a replacement. More as a go to when things get too big for the Craftsman.

A little update with some pics. I finally got it! Man do I like it. Its what I was looking for. I can understand where someone would get tired of lugging it around. Which is why its my "just in case" saw. For those times when a 24" bar is needed basically. I have my smaller one. This is gonna be the compromiser when all else fails haha. It needs a little Tlc. I'm gonna hunt for another recoil shroud since that one has a hole. Obviously, I have to get a 24" bar and chain too. Thanks for everyone's advice. I have all winter to tinker since most of my cutting is done. Now I'm just burning.
