I have a 127 with 42 inch mower. Both sides on it are open. I believe there is a cover that should close up the left side. Could someone post a nice picture of a mower with that cover in place? I am hoping if I get a good look at one maybe I can build the missing part. Also apparently there are some curved rods/skids on both sides of mower. I don't have those either. Or if someone could point me in a direction where I could buy these pieces, that might work too.

Here is a picture of my 42" deck for my CC 123. Maybe this will help.

My deck might be older than yours.

Here's a couple pics of the parts.  The first one is the left end plate and runner and the second is the right runner.  The plate should be real easy to make from the picture as its just a piece of flat stock with a 90* and approx. 45* bend and 3 holes. 2 holes to bolt it to the deck and 1 to bolt the runner to.  And if you know someone good with working steel they should be able to make the runners too.  Those are just 1/2 inch round stock with the ends flatend and drilled for a 3/8 bolt.  Hope this helps.   Stewart

Thank you. That looks fairly simple.
