Was out in the shop today trying to put my Grandson's truck back together when my back went out. I just finished torquing some wheel bolts and went to stand up and down I went to my knees. Being home by myself I had to slowly crawl to the house.{what a pain } no pun intended. I would have finished the truck for him today but looks like its going to sit in the shop for awhile now. With him going to school and working after school and on weekends its hard for him to help me out in the shop. Well who am I kidding he's got no interest in turning wrench's. I wish that he did but trying to get him to help is not a pleasant thing to do and when he does it's not the nicest thing to watch ,all the fumbling etc: all thumbs. Anyway darn back now I'll be hardly getting around for the next few day's . Like I said don't you hate when it happens and your back goes out.

That's not fun. Icy hot and a heating pad might help.

Hope you get feeling better soon.

It is frustrating when your body says "Enough!" and you aren't ready to listen!

Hope you feel better sooner than you think.

Larry, I hope it eases up or pops back quickly.

I thank my lucky star every day that I have never had one day of back issues, even after breaking C6 and T8 in '97 and ending up in a halo brace for 3 months. The only long term effect from that was no feeling in my right index and middle finger. (which turned out okay, great party trick to spray them with brake cleaner and light them on fire)

Hope it heals fast Larry, but it's never fast enough.  I've had my share of it over the years.

Keep an eye on it.  PLEASE

My little brother passed away last march because of back pain he didn;t bother to get  checked out.

He was 35, left a wife and 4 kids behind. Turns out it was cancer in the soft tissue around his lungs, and in his spine.

He was determined, "just trying to work through it."

It was a 4 month ordeal, but its over now.

That's really sad and an unusual happening. Cancer seems to run in families so get yourself regular checkups please.

Hang in there Larry and give yourself plenty of time to heal.
