The outer 3" pulley must be for the snow blower.

As soon as it warms back up (Wednesday) I'll be washing and sanding the foot rests and rear fenders getting them ready for paint this weekend.

larrybl,

I have about as much use in East Texas for a snow blower as the one you have. :rocker2:  :rolling:

Not sure what I will do with it. It is in real good condition and complete including the manual. I am open to suggestions.

Thanks for the pulley info. That backs up what John posted over there. Hope we can get his issue figured out.

What type of light switch are you looking for?

Larry, I have been looking into the 4" round LED's for mine too. Unless you get like 24-27 watt or higher "spot" lights with 9 plus bulbs, you won't get much light out front. If ya find some you like, make sure you post them up, I am still looking.

I would take it to a few shows with the blower on. Be sure to draw a little attention at least.

Getting rode pretty hard at work this week, I was planning to start on the fenders and foot rests but tiredness set in. I like to at least do something in the evenings, so I picked up a headlight switch at AutoZone for $4.99 and fixed it to work with the wire harness. The original knob screws on perfectly, and will replace the plastic one that came with the new switch. The knob will get painted black.

Was in the 70's today, but a little windy for painting, but I got some done anyhow. I need to let the paint harden some before I assemble these.

Lots of work accomplished, and a few more challenges. Repaired the battery tray fire wall, Fenders, foot rests, clutch, deck clutch, tail light, seat spring, and safeties installed. One wiring change will be to daisy chain all the ground connections, including the new LED tail light.
