I was getting it from time to time a while back.  I flushed the Software toilet on my computer and haven't seen it since.  Beware of any pop ups like that..  Cancel it out and go to the source..  Oracle.com.  NEVER click on one of those links.  Java is great in the morning but on a computer can be a dangerous thing.  Lots of nasty code can be inserted to cause all kind of ruckus on your machine..  Just a warning..

Be sure your A/Virus software is updated then D/L and run Malwarebytes on your system (*the FREE version is fine unless you like spending $$), Watch the questions it asks as you go through the steps to install it as it will try to install some junk of it's own.  (they gotta pay bills too)  Update that and do a system scan..  Delete the garbage it finds and REBOOT.  Uninstall Malwarebytes unless you want more ads and pop ups.  REBOOT

Next. find & D/L Super Anti spyware (free version of course!).  Install it and (Watch questions and say NO! to more software) and Update.  Run a full system scan.  If you have never done that you will be amazed at how much potential trouble is on your machine..  It is OK to keep that program,,  Just be careful with it as it occasionally tries to sell you the pay version.  Full system scan and shred the crap it finds..  OK to keep this one too..  REBOOT

CC cleaner is a file shredder and is also the price I love:  FREE!  Full system scan and trash the files it finds..  OK to keep this one too.  Update it whenever you run it thouogh..  REBOOT

Hope this helps..

I am always careful of what I download and only download from the source,I use the free stuff as well,Microsoft security has worked well for me along with a couple of the other free programs. This is probably malware that I will remove with a scan this evening,it is odd I only get it on this site though.

Any of the ads that possibly show on the site I see. I don't block them so I can always keep an eye on them and see what is being shown. I have never had an issue. However I have had an issue when doing google searches and clicking on a link to another site. I know there are a lot of virus passed through Facebook. It is bad enough that I will never click on anything shared on Facebook.

Was it only from our site or did you get it also from anywhere else? I would like to do some testing if it only happened here.

Definitely true that its how the site survives but I also won't tolerate bad ads. Going to do some testing as long as everyone is willing to provide feedback to let me know what works and what doesn't. I am going to disable the ads that I think might be a problem and we will see how it goes. I am going to try to do the ad settings change tomorrow morning and we will go from there.
