Nice job Brady.  When I do lettering that is raised I use a rubber stopper to put on the 1st and second coat then finish it with a artist brush.  Dab the rubber stopper on a thin layer of paint on a piece of cardboard then dab it on the raised letters.  The hardest part is the brush.  Good luck.
