Putting a blade on that small Toro I mentioned this summer and got parts from fellow members. Anyway owner wanted me to look for chains or give him size or something. This is pretty small tractor. The rear tire size is 18 x 9;50 x 8.  Is that odd size or common?  Gonna check epay see what shows up, but anyone here have some to sell?  I like them Cheap! Like Me!

Could take a set of old 12" chains and cut them down.I've seen sets of used 12" chains going for $10-$20 on craigslist.

All you would have to do is cut a couple links off with bolt cutters.I would imagine that he would want 2 link chains for those smaller tires so it will not bounce around as much.

There are a couple sets of used LT 2 link chains on Ebay but ppl are bidding them up a bit.

I have a small set, don't know what size they are.  If you have not found a set yet, I would let you have these for what I paid, $20 and ride.  If interested, let me know and I will go measure them.  They fit half way around my snapper 1855 rear tire so they are not real big.
