That is really neat. Looking forward to seeing more of the layout. How about an aerial view?

Nice work Skullbone. I recently started taking my layout apart hoping to move next spring. I was very deep into HO trains until I got the GT fever. :D

I also was a long time member & moderator of "The Whistle Post" train forum. The owner recently passed away & his wife closed the forum. With all that I feel like I have a void not filled. I like your attention to details. I like the pic of peeping through the woods at the oil truck. Do you build your own structures, & what RR do you model.

Thanks sawdust I build some of the structures but not many. I have seen yours and others on this form that have a talent I wish I had. What I like the most is doing the scenery. I model the IC from the 1965-72.

Nice with a lot of thought and detail. Always wanted to do one but never had a place where it could stay up. Now I have a place to leave it up to many other projects.

David, while I'm not a "train guy", I appreciate the effort guys like you go through with this hobby, and I really enjoy your pics.  I too especially liked the Coop fuel truck, as those guys look so real.  Looks like the one guy is really bent over hooking up a hose.

Awesome. The old cars add to the realism for me. They match the era of the tractors. I'd love to see the entire layout!

Thanks for the nice replies. I've got 3 or 4 more pics to post and then I will post more this weekend. I'll have some of planting beans, breaking ground, and showing more pictures of the overall layout.
