Did some of the pre-72 Jacobsen's have larger headlights than ones used on the Ford LGT's '72-76? Have an odd ball(?) Jacobsen grille that has square headlight openings at roughly 5 1/4" wide instead of the smaller size's as are fitted on my '76 LGT's.

Also am looking for a 72-76 open Jacobsen hood reasonably close to NE Ohio. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Keith

Could that be a Homelite/Jacobsen?

Not sure but looking at some of the 60's Jakes some of them appear to have larger headlights but can't tell from pic's. Would like to use the bigger headlights if there is something that fits. It bolts on the same as the others ie 72-76 open side.. Picked it up with some other parts on a recent GT 10 purchase.

You might want to post some pics of these! My 1970 Jake has the Speaker 77 lenses.

I have a Jacobsen grill and headlight assembly from what I think is a mid 60's Jacobsen, it had an 8hp Kohler but I am not familiar with that era.  If that is what you are looking for, I can snap a picture of it.

Will try to get pic of the grill I have. On each side of the light openings are  screw holes to mount something like the headlight panel in the 750 shown above. Not the same grille, though. Maybe I have something homemade but looks nice. Not sure since I'm still a rookie but learning fast.

Are these the Speaker 77 lenses?

One difference I found in the Speaker 77 lenses is that my 1977 LGT100 had plastic lenses with the same number. I found glass lenses on EBay. These are identical to the plastic ones & stay a lot clearer.

Two grilles included in parts. Must be reproduction. Was told will fit open side LGT's and GT's. Compared to my Ford open side grilles it will.
