we have both a case 220 and a 224 that ive been having pto issues with. ive been fighting these things for probably over a year and have yet to get the PTOs to work as they should. ive tried swapping out pretty much everything with the 2 to try and make one but still no luck. i am able to get the correct gap between the friction disk and the plate and the pto snaps 2 times like it should but for some reason disenguages almost immediatly. :wallbanging: it holds fine when its not running but whenever you go to use it i have constant issues. does anyone have any ideas on how you have had luck fixing yours? im tired of fighting with these ptos and would love for it to work as it should instead of putting a bungee cord on it all the time!!

A few thins to look at wavy washers still wavy, excessive slop in engaging rod or bent rod, ware in yoke tabs or in the two cams.
