I saw this Jim Dandy the other day and was legitimately interested. I called the guy already prepared that he was high on his price. $900 is market value for a full out Economy around here. He proceeds to tell me he bought it from the original owner and it's 100% original. He has never tried to start it in the two years he's owned it. It does not currently run. He said he is firm on the price. He says someone offered him $500 for just the snowblower and he doesn't want to separate it. He said it all belongs together. I asked if there was any wiggle at all and he says no. So, all I said was if you don't have any luck selling it and would like to move it along, keep my number. I'm interested in the tractor and have no interest in the snowblower so if he wanted to sell them separately he might make out better. The dude hangs up on me in the middle of a sentence. Are you kidding me? $900 for a non running Jim Dandy and he hangs up. Let's all call him up and ask him to separate the attachments just to piss him off.

I bet he lost interest and it ran when he parked it. Just the fact that he hung up on u speaks volumes about his character . I've never hung up on anybody and lord knows I've wanted too.

It's too bad because I've been looking for a clean Jim Dandy all summer to do some light chores around the house. This would be perfect if he wasn't sniffing glue on the price.

Good thing about black wheels is you can rattle-can half the tire and the restoration is "started" without any effort.

LMAO Looks like he got more paint on the tires than on the rims.Take a look at the inside of the rims.He never even took them off the tractor to paint them.Looks like he didn't even bother washing the rims let alone sand the rust and old paint off.

Thats too funny....I really get a kick out of the ads that threaten potential buyers. Does that work? Im surprised he doesnt state that its going to scrap on Saturday morning if someone doesnt buy the package. Ive seen those ads more than once.

You folks need to send your tractors down south..folks here would be in that like stink on...(never mind)down this way for $900..we have no clue what to do with the snow blower though...I just bought a Dig-it (Ingersoll 6018)for  $1850 with no engine on it and everyday someone stops and offers me at least $2500 for it...

Love the paint on those tires!

Can you imagine how those would look if the rims were supposed to be white!!! :wallbanging:
