Kind of a feeler, to see if there is enough interest in having a small garden tractor show in conjunction with the open house at my dealership next spring.  We carry Simplicity and will have Cub Cadet as soon as inventory arrives over the coming winter.  So that would be the feature tractors I would like to see there, Simplicity/Allis Chalmers and Cub Cadet.  It would be open to all makes and models.  I know we would like to see a bunch of Simplicity stuff show up, from walk behinds to the largest GT's they made.  It would be on a Saturday from 9am till 2pm, our normal summer hours.  If we go by what we did this past spring, the radio station will have a live remote broadcast from the store, our rep's from Simplicity and Scag mowers would probably be there.   Its normaly in the early spring, about the time mowing gets started.  This year we went a bit to early and the weather was a bit wet.  I believe it will be pushed back into later april or may this year.  I will post those dates once we decide sometime in late winter/early spring 2015.  My boss and the owner are both on board.  This will be our 2nd season coming up, I would love to see it open with a bang!  It will be held at Quality Outdoor Power in Kokomo, IN.     Thanks in advance.    Mike

If it were closer I would bring down the Homelite and Simplicity.  Hope you get a bunch to show up. Good luck.                                             Roger.

200 miles is probably too far, but I sure would love to being a few unique Simplicity items!

Ok, we are shooting for the first week end in May for the open house. Garden tractors will be welcome both Friday and Saturday.  We are working on some things for Saturday, so hopefully that will be the bigger day for stuff going on.  We are hoping to get the Hurricane Allis pulling tractor on display that day.  But that is up in the air right now, but we are gonna try.  We have picked up the Cub Cadet line this year, so we are hoping to have a good turn out of Allis, Simplicity and Cub Cadets, but all brands are welcome to attend.  There will be refreshments, plenty of parking and we have an excellent selection of resturants and hotels if need be.  The hours of the open house would be 9am till 5:30pm Friday and 9am till 2? on Saturday, 2pm is the normal closing time but we can always go later in the day as that is not set in stone.  Feedback is encouranged.   Thanks   Mike

Kenny, I'd sure wish you would come. Then you can bring me that 140 for sale on here!

I'm hoping to be there with a trailer load on Saturday. May bring a few brands out.

Awsome, I know both the Swazee club and the Clinton Co. club are planning to attend.  Both may bring out thier pulling garden tractors and we are working to possibly have some pulling going on. Stay tuned!   Shop hours are 9am till 6pm Friday and 9am till 2pm on Saturday.  Not sure if they will extend the hours on Saturday.  Mike
