I am very sorry to here about your Dad's passing. I pray that God will ease your pain and lighten your heart.
I lost my dad to a tragic truck/train accident when I was in my early 20's. I have a lot of good memories of my Dad. It is very rough, in the beginning, to cope with losing someone. Looking back on memories is what helped me. I think it will help you too.

I read a saying a few years ago, don't know who wrote it, or where it came from, but it helps me a lot some days, both in how people treat me and how I treat them. It goes like this:

People may not remember what you do, and people may not remember what you say, but people will always remember how you made them feel.

I think that's a very true saying. More than anything else, the way my Dad made me feel is what I remember, and that's the thing that you need to keep in your heart.

The way people, on this site, have made me feel is something I will never forget either. Without there knowing it, I have "leaned on them" many times. They have always come through, for me, and I'm sure they will for you.
