Was told does not run but will run good with an oil change and lube job?

Oh, if that's all they ever needed to run again. :rofl2:

The seller actually said that?

Picked it up today 1975 MF8Hydro haven't really had time to get into it yet but looks like a not bad unit.

Doug, that's a nice looking unit! Really happy you got what you wanted!

The guy I was talking to was speaking for someone else, don't think they know much about these Massey tractors, they thought it was made in 1954.

This one is too good for the Modified tractor project, I think I'm going to keep it original, maybe restore it.
Aside from the missing seat 99% of it is all there and not beaten up or butchered.

Yeah, you hate to cut up something thats pretty nice, we usually get our stuff from junk sales.
Not long after we built the john deere hi crop, i had a guy rake me over for cutting up a clam shell tractor, i showed him the pictures of what it looked like when we started ,and ask'd him if it would have been better in the shredder ?

Haven't done anything with it yet, picked up a new battery and if it clears up today maybe I'll see if I can get it working.
