Got my $25 parts tractor home, but i can't figure out what model it is. it has a black decal instead of yellow. The engine is Kohler, but no K model number or HP id. The tag is an adhesive tag instead of a metal riveted one. Maybe a factory shortblock? There is a 4 speed trans with vari drive. Tires are 8 and 12's, so i'm thinking its a gt and not a lt. I thought that the type number id tag usually had the model number within, but T 0652 doesn't make sense to me. Any help will be appreciated. thank you gene

It should be a 1970 Model 112 with a 10HP Kohler engine in it, very capable garden tractor for sure. It should have the regular hood decal on the hood, but someone put the Custom Color decal on it.

Its unusual not to see a finished HP/Model sticker on a Kohler. They always did such a good job on the quality control line!

its looks to be one of the patio series tractors that was repainted green by the dealer just to get them sold. it looks to be a 1971 model and to be a 112 in my opinion.

According to the serial on the Kohler tag, that engine is a 1987. Probably a replacement.

Model: 112

Typecode: T0652

Serial Number: 176052

Model Year: 1970

Engine Model and Size: K241 Kohler 10HP

Lift Type: Manual

Paint: Green

Manufactured Location: Horicon, WI

The WFM serial look up gave the above info.  The hood decals are from a patio but the serial says otherwise.
