I just picked this up at Portland. Does run. Gota take the top of the transmission off, doesn't wana drive. No big deal. Also got a sickle mower with it. Its all complete. Nice original shape. I personally like the homemade muffler, im sure most people don't. Still has the original wood handles.

Is that a "double action" sickle?  Sure looks like it.

Didn't know any brand did that.....

I have one with a plow, there should a tag on the back of the gear case that tells you what model it is.

I always love the looks of those tractors.  They look like beasts with those tires.

You don't see many of them, that's for sure.

That sickle mower is impressive, to say the least.

Yes it is double action. Sure is different.

I have 2 hand-held electric hedge clippers.  One is single action and one is double action.  Theres no comparison in how they operate.

The double is soooo much better.

if its like my engine, the Wissy AB doesn't only turn 3200 wide open and I run mine with a straight pipe. Hardly any more noise then the muffler makes. Ussally I have to down to 2800 or less, as its a 3hp and a lot of gearing, so its pretty mellow sounding.

That's nice I haven't seen one of those before. I bet the mower looks vicious when it's running. Good pics too!
