Just a real quick question. Where do you get most of your exhaust pipe for making custom exhaust systems?

I haven't been able to find exhaust pipe small enough for what I need. I have looked at conduit pipe, copper pipe, and steel threaded pipe and am unsure of what to make my exhaust out of. The flanges on engine have 3/4" pipes welded to them so that is what I am starting with.

I have used prebent header pipe from Summit Racing a few times and I have also had the local muffler shop bend pieces for me.

Local muffler shops here are happy to bend pipe to your specifications. They like cash though...no receipts.

For my stuff, I sometimes buy used random GT exhaust parts off ebay for lowball bids or find locally, then cut/weld to fit my application. On pipes 1 1/4" or larger, my local muffler shop can bend new pipe for me. That's the smallest he can bend.
