I just got the new drive belt on my gt 2150 and wow was it a pain in the back side. But I wanted to see any quick tips on replacing drive belts or drive shafts on any of the gt's out there because if I had a hard time I am shure others do as well. Thanks to alld05a827cc8f251eac1a2d0c443e068fd.jpg

Biggest tip I can give is to have a service manual and follow the procedures in it. Also, make sure you have all the tools and parts you need before you start. It's always tempting to try to replace parts without removing all the stuff that's in the way. It usually ends up taking more time to do it that way than to take things apart at the start. And while you have the tractor apart do any other maintenance that may want doing in the near future to avoid having to take it apart again next month.
