Finally found the oil leak. The hose running from the valve to the lift cylinder sprung a leak. What was confusing me was that the dripping was on the other side of the tractor. It was running along the hose partways the dripping off. When it finally leaked enough to find, it just about drained the hydro before I realized what happened. I just so made it back to the shed.

yeah I replaced a hose on mine yesterday, got the engine running for the 1st time since I have had it today, and watched Hose #2 blow.... running on a jack, with the seat pan off.
