It's true !! It's happened here in South Jersey. I was pleasantly surprised when I went out to get two 5 gallon containers filled yesterday.

I have 200 gallons of heating oil being delivered today @ $3.09 per gallon.

Now, hope propane has dropped as well, need to fill the tank for the garage heater.

How are fuel prices near you ?

3.35 In most places locally. It's been dropping for about a month, however I've heard that winter blend like we use here is less expensive to produce.  Also it seems to not deliver as good of fuel mileage so a lower price doesn't really save anything.

$3.49   In DeKalb, IL all the gas stations have the same price. When they go up, they do it at the same time. During Corn
Fest it goes up. During Labor Day it goes up. If the weather is nice, it goes up. If NIU is having a home game . . .

NJ & Oregon are the only two states that don't allow self service gas. They say if the law was changed our gas price would be lower. But who knows.

It sure is nice to not have to get out in cold weather, but I'd rather pump my own and save a little.

Guess they don't want 1000's of petroleum transfer technicians being laid off and collecting unemployment.

We were at 3.07 on Monday, but I knew the jump was coming. Back up to 3.37-3.39 now.

We saw 2.99 about a month ago for a min, but then they jump $.50.

We used to have some stations that were full serve around our parts, but I think Sunoco or someone just bought them out so probably no more.
