Member Ducky just gave me a phone call. He & his friend Doug just loaded up the Bush Hog snow blower Ducky found for me up north. It's heading to the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville tomorrow morning. I'll be meeting Doug to pick up the blower on Thursday if all works out as it should. :dancingbanana:
Thank you so much Ducky, I know this has been a pain in the butt for you, and your back....loading it, unloading it, then loading it again! Never has someone done such a favor for me that I've never met! Hoping someday to meet you Ducky!
Now I likely won't get measurable snow for years! :rofl2:

Great news Daniel, glad to hear she's on the way. Maybe you should send Ducky some of those Heat Wraps I see on TV all the time.

For those not familiar with this story, ducky found this blower in Michigan Craigslist. Ducky lives in northern Wisconsin. He called the guy, knowing I'd love to have it. He bought & paid for it, then the guy delivered the blower to a sister trucking terminal to the business ducky works for in Wisconsin. That terminal shipped it to ducky's terminal. Ducky took it home and was going to bring it to the show himself, but was unable to come. So ducky arranged for his friend Doug, who is coming to the show, to bring the blower down to me. Quite the effort was put into this, and very much an astounding act of kindness!

Had to make a mad dash to the show to pick up the blower. She is at my home now, where she belongs!:D
Ducky's friend Doug and Doug's brother are super nice people. Great talking with them, and wish we had more time to talk. They refused a cent for their trouble. It's so great meeting people happy to help make something happen. Thanks to Ducky & his friends, the snow blower has arrived at the Bush Hog GT Museum!
There are 2 different shades of red on this, but someone has hand painted a model & serial number on the blower body, and they are a dead match to Bush Hog numbers. I knew for sure the mount & drive system were Bush Hog, because nothing else has this type system. The blower housing itself is the different shade, but with those numbers there is no doubt.

Thanks Ducky, and as said "you are Da MAN"!
Be sure to thank Doug & his brother again for me!
