Starting to look cool now with the rear fenders attached.  Today I will work on the front axle converting it to 5 stud hubs for the larger tires and rims.  Fun Project !!!  It seems so nice to be back in the shop welding and grinding .  Still got to be careful about the grinding noise, ha,ha.

Neat fenders ! Are the oval cutouts above the headlight have been used on a fullsize ? For handles ?

I cut out the oval oblong handles on these mini fenders to look like the real fenders on the old 4020's .

Todays pics show the new front spindles now in place and the new front tires and rims bolted on. I love big tires and I love how this old 110 round fender is looking. Next I will build the air cleaner stack that mounts on the hood and the exhaust stack that mounts on the hood. I may or may not make them functual . It sure looks different than four days ago. I sure like it.

Yes, it is looking different .

Todays progress pics show the new air cleaner stack and the new exhaust stack in place. Now it has a little more of that big tractor look. My grandson is going to love driving this . I thinking about how it would look with duel rear tires?  Nothing fancy but another fun workshop project.

Can't get excited about what you're doing to this 110, however, with the bigger front tires on there, I recommend that you find the original belt guards for the starter/generator/flywheel and the PTO, as you'll be cutting tires when you make a sharp turn in either direction!

I am getting a lot of enjoyment out of this conversion already. I love it. This photo shows the duel rear wheels . I am now working on the fender lights.

Todays progress picture shows the new four headlights mounted in the fenders. Also I built the monuting brackets for the rear orange flashing lights . I decided to put one on each rear fender . It looks like my next project will be a piece of tillage equipment to hook behind this tractor. Just for show . Either a field cultivator or disc. This will be my first attempt at a tillage project. It should be fun.

Us guys down south want to see some ground engaging implements, our snow removal can be done with a broom.  Like your work, will be watching for more.

My little projects are just for fun , they will never work again , maybe a parade or two or a tractor show, ha,ha.

Todays progress picture shows the new belt guard I built .  Also I rebuilt the clutch pedal for more clearance turning the larger front tires.

Yesterday I got the metal cut out , bent , drilled and painted for the right side shields. Looks much safer. Today I will work on the front grille and the front weight .

I got the front looking better today. I got the new grill parts built and painted and attached and I got the new weights built for the front and got them painted and attached. I really like the new front now.
