Basic question but what type of sander do you use on wheels?

Thanks , I just sanded by hand with sandpaper . The rims were actually in great shape.

Yesterday I found this little jeep in my neighbors trash out by the road and dragged it home for my grandson. I sanded it by hand and slapped some paint on it . Then I rewired it with a garden tractor battery. Today I will clean all the connections and see if I can get it going . :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana:

Todays shop project is I am sanding and filling the gouges and a few holes in the plastic fenders on the JD Z-Trak I bought last fall. It should look much better when I am done . It was only $600.00 so it did not look like brand new. Also here is my next project. A two wheel dolly that has sat around for several years unused. I will tweak it into a horizontal / vertical garden tractor attachment mover. Fun Projects !!   along with several other unfinished projects on my list for this spring :smilewink: :smilewink: :smilewink: :smilewink: :smilewink:

That's going to look nice when it's done!

Also wondering if you are going to post a video of you cruising around in your new jeep? :smilewink: :D

I'll do a jeep video when my grandson comes to visit this summer .

Todays pic shows the quik tach front axle now on the all terrain dolly so it can also be used in the horizontal position. Today I will get going on the second one . It will have the slightly larger 20 inch tall tires. Fun simple little projects.

I got the front hitch built and rear hitches for both now. I will bolt a sheet of plywood to each deck making them flatbed wagons . I have 6 of the 20 inch tall tires left so i will make one more of the 4 wheel wagons . this will make me feel good the tires are no longer sitting in the corner not being used.

Nothing fancy but it should look cute with all three hooked up together.

I got the first two hay wagons almost done. Yesterday I built the axles for the last hay wagon. It feels good to see 12 of my larger tires being used.
