Todays picture is the Ranch King 18 hp twin cylinder I bought yesterday . Today I decided it will be painted yellow and have tracks on it . I almost converted the Cub Cadet into tracks so it has been on my list to build. It will look much different than this when I am done tweaking it just a bit. Looks like another fun project.

Actually it is going to be half tracks , This ranch king doesn't have the heavy duty parts for a full track vehicle.

I been looking for a while for a medium size zero turn for a full track project. The half track will be fun and easy to do and not very expensive. Maybe some of you will get a

few ideas for your own projects.

ARE YOU DONE YET!!!!!!!!! :poke:

I am building a crawler out of a John Deere 140, I made tracks out of heavy chain (from a combine) and I welded cleats to it.
I used the combine sprockets and made 2 bigger sprockets out of some old wheels. I drove it a little, but it is still needing work.

I can't wait to see what Don comes up with :worshippy1:

OOHHHH, I can only imagine what this one will look like.

With your craftsmanship, this should be a work of art!

Too much weight on the small transmission?
