Hope Fred has a quick recovery. Shows you can never be too careful. Even when you are though, stuff like this can still happen.

Now air travel is going to be a pain in the arse. Hope ya heal up quick, Fred!

Also going to a court house or any public building where they have metal detectors.   I just tell them up front I have a metal plate in my shoulder and then usually send me off to another line where they use a hand scanner.

Fred I hope  you have quick and full recovery from the accident.

Saw Fred when I went up this afternoon to put the mowing deck back under the one JD430.  He looks good, but easy to tell he doesn't feel good, and that he's got little rest.  Arm still very much painful, especially noticed when attempting sleep.

Denise drove Fred down tonight to look at some disks David from TN left for me to try & sell for him.  In 3 days since the accident, all 3 nights wouldn't total one decent night's sleep.  I told him after enough of those nights, his body would go into a deep sleep regardless of pain.  He's hoping tonight is that night!

Hydrocodone, but it's not taking carer of all the pain, so imagine without it.  I hate most pain meds myself.  The 1st pill is fun as heck, like drunk as a skunk, then any 2nd one for me is sick stomach time.  I can deal with pain better than a sick stomach.

I can't take codine or ibuprophen. Makes it hard to get any relief. I guess that is why they make whiskey.
