I just put the last in the freezer.  16 quarts total.  Lot's of work, but lot's of good for the winter.

I freeze corn too, like it that way much better than canning it. Have you tried freezing creamed corn? Put 20 cups of corn kernels, a pound of butter, a quart of cream and 1/2 cup sugar in a roaster, mix, and cook in oven at 350F. for an hour stirring frequently. When it's cool, bag and freeze, Delicious!!! Don't put any salt in it or the corn will darken.

That sounds like a great recipe.  I've never made creamed corn before.  I'll try it next year.  Thanks for the idea.

Looks good.  Only got a small amount of corn out of ours, but lots of potatoes. Love the harvest time , but we know what comes soon after.  Brrr,  Noel
