I bet the box tastes better then the pizza inside. lol sorry, can't eat that stuff.

Have you tried one in last few years?  They "re-invented" themselves a few years ago and upped the quality of their ingredients.  I think they taste a lot different now and I actually like it.

Domino's supplied pizza to a few of our dairy coop meetings a few years ago.  Their pizza is ok, especially when free, but I'll take PaPa John's over it any day of the week.  But Domino's does work with the dairy industry closely, and I appreciate that.  No Domino's within 20 to 25 miles of me though.

Not in years. Last time I got it I was wiring a new Papa Johns in Philly, and Dominos was rite down the street. We couldn't eat more then a slice or two. Gave the rest to the pigeons and even they snubbed their beaks at it.

I guess living in the South Jersey/Philly area all my life kinda spoiled me with good mom & pop pizza places. Even though I get papa johns for free most of the time, I'm not crazy about it. Kids & wife love it.

I guess I'm the odd ball when it comes to Pizza,  I like Pizza hut the best.  Growing up I remember going to Shakey's Pizza, that was alway's a big treat that I enjoyed.

Yep, you're the oddball all right because I agree with you. Pizza Hut is just fine in my book. I was really sad when the last Shakey's closed up in Minneapolis. I think I was 10 or 11 years old.

Nothing wrong with good old Pizza Hut, but I prefer the local shops best.

Shakeys is still around but just not in very many places.  Here is a little history to what happened to the chain and how it got it's name.  The best pizza I think I ever had was in a little shop on a back side street in Serento Italy.

This is the best local pizza to me in Ohio.  I freaking love their Pizza.  Most pizzas I throw away the crust, not with this one!

They make a Taco Pizza that is amazing.  I can seriously sit down with salsa a bit of sour cream and eat the whole thing(I have done it before)

Mother in law wanted to go to herschburger farms.
