Hello,

I just bought a Bolens ride-a-matic and was wondering if anybody can tell what the sizes of the 2 belts are?
Was told it was a 1956 model.

Here is a pic from the auction I don't have pictures of it here. Are the cultivators correct for that tractor?

Nice looking tractor! I have the same cultivator for mine.

Brian can get you set up with belts, I've gotten a bunch of great stuff from him.

Good thing you posted pictures , that dosent look like a 1956 to me!

Looks to be a 1957 Super Ride-a-Matic with the 6.6HP Kohler, Almost every model uses different belts.

If you can get some closer pictures so we can be sure.

The cultivators look to be used with a walkbehind since it has the handle bar on it, they will mount to your Ride-a-Matic as well.

Someone (probably my grandfather) put handles on mine too.

The handle on yours is probably factory, The cultivators sold with the Ride-a-Matics were the exact same as the walk behinds except the handle bars were left of at the dealership.

Thanks for the info.
I assumed they were added later, as they're made from galvanized tubing. I guess I don't have any photos handy.

Originals would have been Steel and one handle only

Yep, mine were definitely added by someone. There was a handle on each side, attached near where the two levers are (if I remember correctly.). The shape is very similar, but they're made from galvanized and do not have grips. I took them off a few years ago to make storing the cultivator easier.
