Looking thru the pics I spotted the tornado shelter??? Correct?  It took me a min to figure out what it was, Just made me think how fortunate we are here not to have that sort of stuff blowing around here in the northeast.  we may have to deal with the snow and cold but otherwise we are good up here.

The pergola looks great!  We are going to put a deck on the pool next year and do the same sort of thing, pergola with a solar heater for the pool on top off it.

Beautiful drive thru oil change station you built there... :poke:

Nice job, I'm sure you will all enjoy it. As for the Shelter petrj6 mentioned, we get them here too. Most houses have a basement or one next door, trailer parks usually have a big one in the center for many people. Glad you have a place to go, just in case.

The storm shelter was installed about 10 years ago. It is a great piece-of-mind especially when the weather gets bad. Can't do a cellar, and a "safe room" would be better, but not feasible in a mobile home.

Pergola / Patio update. When She bought this on-line I was hoping it came assembled..... NOT. Wasn't too bad, only took 4 hours. Have to admit it looks good, but not as comfy as my padded computer chairs. This is what she wanted though.

Really, really nice. Are you going to get vines going on there or as it stands?
Either way, you've made a nice place to sit and enjoy the solitude/ each other/ a glass of tea.
