It's late so this first post will be brief. I picked up a PK tonight and she's home safe and sound. I'll know more tomorrow once I've been able to assess the situation in the day light.

She came with a mower deck and both deck and tractor are in need of some TLC. Amazing the differences between my 444 manufactured in the '70s and this PK from '69.

Congrats on the new tractor! What vehicle is that! It sucked up that tractor with room to spare!

That would be called my TTV....Tractor Transport Vehicle....or for those of us that are secure with our masculinity it is also known as a mini van, mom van or soccer van. It's served me well the last two tractors I've brought home.

I've transported in my grocery getter as well.
One show, I took one in the van and one on a trailer... Worked great.

What I can see of that tractor looks nice.

Here are a few more pics. Not sure what I'm going to do with her as of yet. She's a non runner right now and the front pto pulley is reportedly needs to be replaced. I'll decide things as I dig into her a bit more. I paid $100 for her so I'm not overly concerned about what to do at this point. Just having some fun.

Great tractor and hauler!

I use my Windstar minivan like a pickup but its not tall enough inside and I usually have to remove the steering wheel from the tractors to get them inside.

We all know how it is getting the steering wheel off some brands of garden tractors.....  :(

Looks good. I have a 442 pk that will need an engine rebuild.

Well, I've looked the PK over a few more times and I weighing out my options of either selling her outright or parting her out. Although I'm familiar with Case tractors I've never been very familiar with the PKs so your input will be helpful as I make my decision. Thanks.

Well, as You know, a non running tractor is not worth anything.
Have you attempted to start it yet?
If you make into a running tractor, you should be able to put it on CL for $500.

I say make it run. And go from there!

To bad it wasn't closer I,d buy it. I love the big wheel case tractors. A good runner here can sell for 1000-2000 depending on condition and motor

I'm heading to Dayton, OH this coming Friday to pick up a snow blower and Power King tractor. I'm deadheading out with a trailer that could easily handle to Case PK. PM me if you are interested and we might be able to swing a deal.

I've crammed a few GTs in the back of my Jeep, they fit good in there!
