Muffler and elbow have been replaced, thats the only thing thats ever been touched by the looks of it.

Oil in both the mower deck and transmission and was topped off and looked like new!

I think I found out why it didnt get used much, the blades were installed upside down! :D

Wonder how long they were like that??

Congrats, Brian!

I knew an EK-7 was on your wish list, but you really lucked out with this one!

Are you interested in an early LK ?

I was surprised it was so close to home! I drove by there numerous times over the years.

I've never been too interested with the LK series. Maybe it those Tecumseh engines that scare me off :D

My Dad had one of those but not that good. His was yellow and it didn't have that good of a 7 horse engine. His had a smaller Tecumseh without that generator on the side.

Yours is a beauty! Museum quality!

You must have had the smaller "Lawn Keeper" series

Man o man, what a beautiful piece.
It's amazing how well it was kept, and if they hadn't messed up at the dealer with the blades... :poke:

Seriously, the thing can't have much over a hundred hours on her. Especially with paint still under the deck.
Better buy your buddy a beer and a steak for that one.
