He is proud of his GT. He should be proud as this is a nice tractor. I would like to have it. Foolish for letting it go.

Looking at all of the other stuff that he has to sell, I'm thinking that he got it at an auction/estate sale and has no clue as to what the true value of it is.

He no doubt overbid to get it and now want's to make a hefty profit thinking that since it's old that it's rare and valuable.

No doubt, an estate buyer looking to rake people over the coals for DA MONEY.

Even though that 850 LOOKS good doesn't say how it runs or works. I would price it as:

Bolens 850 Tractor - $300

Front Plow Blade - $75

Round Back Tiller (no extension kit) - $60

Chrome wheel caps - $100

Bolens wheel weights - $125

$660 to maybe $750.

It's this company that is selling it.

Eagle Enterprises

NO PAYPAL.  No wonder they are also selling the Horse's ass.  :rolling: :rolling: :rolling:

Still for sale!

So who's going to e-mail him and tell him the serial is 8652 not 652 and ask what is so Rare about this tractor ? :D

He really did himself in on those closeup photos, total crap job on the repaint. Looks like it would chip right off as soon as you ran your hand over it.

The non original helper spring holding up  the clutch petal scares me as well.

Not a Bolens guy myself but IMHO he should give the buckle to anyone who buys the tractor at the by it now price.

Looking even closer to all of the pics I have come to the conclusion that they have no clue of what has been hacked on this 850 and are hoping they can be like P.T. Barnum., to find a sucker and take their money.  $1,720.00 of it.

From plumber's strap for the gas tank hold down, larger gas tank not original, electrical is altered (no starter solenoid, voltage regulator or coil), bad paint job (plastic hood guides show this and other places as well), home-made helper spring on the clutch pedal, seat remounted crooked (possibly rust holes in pan), no lift bar for front plow, depth foot missing on tiller, .... Serial number is off by 8,000. What else can be wrong with this deal? Ooooopps. Did I call this a deal? My bad.
